CANCELLATION POLICY

There’s a 1-night penalty for cancellations at any time and up to 15 days before the arrival date. Canceling 7 days before your arrival date and no shows causes a 100% penalty. No refund is applicable on early departures. No refunds apply for cancellations on bookings for stays from December 22nd to January 5th. These policies do not apply for weddings and/or travel groups. Special policies may apply according to contract.
